The latest international store openings

The Casino Group banners are continuing their international expansion with the opening of three new stores: Monoprix in Qatar, Géant Express in Dubai and a new Casino Supermarket in New Caledonia.

• The Monoprix brand opened a new "Monoprix Mushreib" store on April 6, 2021 covering more than 2,700m², in the heart of Doha. A franchise opening with our partner, the Ali Bin Ali group.

The store offers a wide range of organic products with 12,000 references, BULK products, a fresh professional food universe particularly worked with the “dine-in Qatari-Food” concept, a sushi bar or even a pizza corner. It also offers services to facilitate shopping such as home delivery.

The store supports local initiatives and products made in Qatar. Monoprix internationally is: 121 stores including 101 Monoprix, 5 monop ’, 15 Naturalia. .

• Géant Express continues its development in the Middle East with the opening of the brand's tenth store on April 7, 2021 in Dubai Creek Harbor in Dubai. It is a convenience store with a sales area of 340m² that will meet all the expectations of its customers with a rich and diversified offer.

This store is also the 50th opened with our partner Urban Foods in Dubai: 1 GéantHypermarket, 2 Franprix, 10 Géant Express and 37 Géant Express / Adnoc gas stations

• A new Casino Supermarket operated by our franchise partner SCIE opened on March 10, 2021 in New Caledonia. With a surface area of 999m2, it is located in the new Les Halles de Magenta shopping center. The new store replaces the Casino Supermarché de Belle Vie (1,030m2) which was located in the same catchment area.
